Based in Kuala Lumpur, CLM Construction and Trading Sdn Bhd is a G7 CIDB certified company which started out as a trading company in 1991, mainly as a contractor in renovation and other general contracting works by Mr Eugene Chan and Mrs. Nelly Chan. From our humble beginnings, CLM Construction began to expand into building and infrastructure works such as schools, piling, slope protection structures (crib-wall), bridges and roads in the Peninsular Malaysia.

After our establishment in 2005 as a private limited company, CLM Construction and Trading Sdn Bhd boldly ventured into the field of marine construction with the acquisition of several jetty projects in Kedah, Klang, Langkawi and Tioman Island. Since then, marine construction has been the mainstay of our business operations and our biggest milestone in the industry was the completion of the Approach Trestle and Surveillance Tower at Middle-Rock off the coast of Johor.
